Kick-off night Tuesday Sept 4, 6:30 - 8:00 pm. September 4 - 29 seminar series at the Luminaries Retreat building at 123 S. Washington St. St Croix Falls, WI 54024. No lodging included, but this fee registers you for the whole month of seminars, BIA (body composition testing with Jenn Lutz), encouragement, cooking demos/samples, wellness binder of info, group meetings, and nutritional movie nights. There will be a cash prize for the optional weight loss challenge portion if you wish to participate. Specific schedule will be sent to you via e-mail. Most events are offered M - F approximately 10:30 am - 4 pm with an occasional evening and weekend seminar/event. There will be approximely 1-2 "events" a day - mostly seminars/support groups, testimonies, cooking class, or group outdoor exercise option. This is our "locals" option in conjunction with four residential guests staying at Luminaries for the whole month. $125 covers you and family partner if not requesting a separate wellness binder. **Past program participants can join again for only $40 (bring your binder from before)!
