Retreat Forms/Cancellation Policies

Please print off these pdf forms, fill out, and bring with you to your Luminaries Retreat. Thank you!

What happens if I can't attend my retreat?

We book retreats on a first-come, first-served basis with payment of a deposit.  For a residential retreat of 1 week or greater, this is in the form of a $200 deposit which books you for a particular date range pre-agreed upon and in a particular Loft apartment.  This is a non-refundable payment.  Group retreats or shorter weekend retreats are typically "payment in full" when you book.  We apologize if you were "thinking about a retreat" and your original spot/Loft gets taken because another pays their deposit first.

If for some reason you need to cancel your retreat, you may apply your retreat deposit to another Luminaries retreat or event within a 12 month period of your original payment date.  However, if it is within 2 weeks of the retreat start date, you will not be able to re-coop this payment.  Because we are a small retreat center with only 3 Lofts, we "hold" these for individual guests once they pay their deposit, so if it is less than 2 weeks to your retreat start date, it is difficult to re-book guests in a short time-frame.  Additionally, once you book with us we begin making personalized appointments with our professionals (personal training, nutrition coaching, BIA, etc) and it takes time to schedule and cancel with those individuals.  Thank you for understanding.

If you have paid for your retreat in full and you need to reschedule within 2 weeks, we will apply that payment to another retreat within a 12 month period but there are no refunds.  If you are on retreat and have a family or medical emergency and have greater than 1 full week of retreat left, we will work with you to reschedule full-week retreat dates in the future with a penalty of payment of a $200 rebooking fee.  This $200 rebooking policy also applies if it is less than 2 weeks to your retreat start date and you need to reschedule to a future date (within 12 months of original payment date).
