5 night, 5 day Retreat July 15 - 20, 2018
This all-inclusive retreat will be at the Luminaries apartments in St Croix Falls, WI and includes lodging, some meals, seminars, fitness classes and outdoor excursions. Weather-permitting, we will be biking, hiking, kayaking and much more. Seminars will focus on science-based Nutrition, Building muscle, Weight Loss, Cooking and Biblical teaching on our relationship with food. Meal plan and wellness binder/book included. Lodging is shared in one of our bed and breakfast-style apartments: The Artist's Loft, the Peacock Loft, or the Copper Room (pictured). Room assignment will be given just prior to the retreat start date based on availability and retreat guest make-up. Transportation to/from the retreat is not included. Guests who fly in will come to MSP (Minneapolis/St Paul) - we are a 1 hour drive away and suggest you rent a car as we do not have public transportation. $550 total cost. Payment is secure through either Stripe or PayPal.

Payment in Full. If you are unable to come on this particular retreat, we will apply your payment to another retreat in the next 12 months provided you let us know more than 2 weeks until the retreat start date but no refunds are given, however.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another retreat date provided it is at least 1 month until retreat start date.
