The ultimate New Year's Resolution Challenge. Come to as many or as few classes during the month for one price. The $100 fee covers the whole month for everyone in a family unit! There will be prizes awarded for goals being met as well. You will receive coaching, group support, and many class options throughout the month. The nutrition classes will be taught at the Luminaries Building Lounge by Amy Sotis and other medical/health professionals covering Medical Doctors, Personal Trainers, and Health Coaches. There will also be many weight loss/wellness testimonies by individuals from all different walks of life. Very inspiring! Optional weigh-in accountability (not required).
